NCL Care Leaders Forum Directors Visit New Cohort of NCL Advanced Care Leaders Programme

Sue Ann Nnamani and Belinda Siggers, Directors of the NCL Care LSue Ann Nnamani and Belinda Siggers, Directors of the NCL Care Leaders Forum, recently visited the new cohort of the NCL Advanced Care Leaders Programme, organised by MHL, at City University, to introduce the Forum and encourage future involvement.

They were met with a group of engaged and enthusiastic leaders, bringing thoughtful questions and a clear drive to make meaningful impact across their services. The session created space for open discussion, with many sharing their ambitions, challenges, and strong desire to lead change within the sector.

The session was facilitated by Tom and Christine from MHL, who continue to support the development of leadership across North Central London.

Sue Ann and Belinda outlined the purpose of the Forum as a platform for collaboration, shared learning, and collective leadership across North Central London. They also highlighted how the Forum’s goals align closely with the aims of the programme, including:

  • Strengthening leadership across adult social care
  • Promoting quality improvement and innovation
  • Encouraging collaboration and shared best practice
  • Supporting system-wide working

There was a strong sense of alignment between the cohort’s aspirations and the Forum’s Terms of Reference.

We look forward to welcoming members of the cohort into the NCL Care Leaders Forum as they complete their programme, and to seeing them play an active role in driving this work forward across North Central London.
